Refund & Transfer Policy

1. Subscription Payments

All meal plan subscriptions are strictly non-refundable once confirmed and activated.

Fat2Fit does not provide cash refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Travel plans
  • Personal schedule changes
  • Taste preferences
  • Unused meals

Plan Transfer

The remaining value of an active plan may be:

  • Transferred to another person, OR
  • Rescheduled for future use

Subject to management approval.

Cash refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

2. Service Issues

In the event of a service-related issue such as:

  • Missing meal
  • Incorrect meal
  • Damaged delivery

Fat2Fit will offer:

  • Meal replacement, OR
  • Service credit

No monetary refund will be issued.

All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Cooler Bag Deposit

A refundable deposit of AED 150 is required for the insulated delivery bag.

To qualify for the refund:

  • The cooler bag must be returned in good condition.

The deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after collection.

If the cooler bag is:

  • Lost
  • Damaged
  • Not returned

The deposit will be forfeited.

4. Pause / Freeze Policy

Paused days must be used within the subscription validity period.

Unused or expired days:

  • Cannot be refunded
  • Cannot be converted into cash

5. Policy Acceptance

By subscribing to any Fat2Fit Healthy Kitchen meal plan, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Transfer Policy.

2. Transfer & Rescheduling Option

Instead of refunds, clients may:

  • Transfer remaining days to another person
  • Reschedule remaining days for future use

All requests are subject to management approval.

Meal replacements are not provided based on personal taste preferences. Replacements are only offered in case of damage or incorrect delivery.

Results vary based on metabolism, lifestyle, activity level, and plan adherence. Fat2Fit does not guarantee specific weight loss or body transformation results.

8. Policy Acceptance

By subscribing to any Fat2Fit meal plan, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

Delivery & Logistics

  • Delivery addresses and timings are assigned by our logistics team.
  • All meal selections, delivery changes, pauses, or modifications must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled production day. Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated.
  • Same-day or next-day pauses are not permitted due to advance meal preparation.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, client unavailability, or access restrictions, the meal will be considered delivered and no replacement will be issued.
  • Fat2Fit shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery due to events beyond reasonable control including weather, government restrictions, road closures, or emergencies.

Subscriptions

  • Packages are valid for the duration specified at purchase.
  • Freeze requests must be submitted 48 hours in advance and are limited to a maximum of 10 days per subscription.
  • Subscriptions are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another individual.
  • If no selection is made before cutoff time, meals will be auto-assigned and cannot be changed.
  • Renewal notifications must be submitted 48 hours before your subscription ends. Once renewed, subscriptions are non-refundable.

Payments & Refunds

  • Refunds will not be provided based on taste preference or personal food liking.
  • Refunds are generally not offered; however, exceptions may apply in cases of incorrect or missing deliveries.
  • Any approved refunds may include a deduction of 20% of the remaining plan value.

Cooler Bags & Company Property

  • Cooler bags or meal containers provided must be returned after each delivery cycle.
  • Failure to return company property may result in deposit forfeiture or replacement charges.
